Refund policy

Green Bubs are happy to exchange or refund full-priced items within 14 days of purchase with the exceptions of applicable Disana items which will only be refunded if the factory-sealed plastic bag is intact, otherwise it will only be eligible for store credit

Store credit comes in the form of digital gift cards with no expiry.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

Unfortunately we are not able to cover return cost unless the product is damaged or faulty. Shipping cost is non refundable. In the case of an order qualified for Free Shipping, if after the return the order no longer qualifies, then the original applicable shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as our natural play dough). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchange on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not offer direct exchange. For exchanges, we simply ask you to return the items (subject to our Return Policy) and reorder desired items.

Refunds
After we have received and inspected your return items, you will be notified and automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
